Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join its expanding outpatient practice in Salisbury, North Carolina.
This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services with strong clinical support, efficient workflows, and a focus on quality patient outcomes. Physicians will collaborate with experienced providers, advanced practice clinicians, care coordinators, and support staff in a team-oriented setting.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine health assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Educate patients on preventive health, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on long-term health outcomes
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Residency Training: Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
Licensure: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
