Join a well-established, community-focused outpatient primary care practice serving a diverse Bronx population. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with Part-Time or Full-Time options within a collaborative clinical environment dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care.
Clinic Overview:
Part-Time or Full-Time position available
Monday – Friday schedule
Flexible scheduling options available
Outpatient-focused primary care practice
No overnight call;
Collaborative practice with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and experienced clinical support staff
Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care for patients of all ages
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible New York State medical license
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
Strong interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education
